Through workshops, strategy sessions, and ongoing thinking partnership, I help leaders navigate ambiguity, align around what matters, build a realistic path forward — or find a good reason to stop pursuing something that isn't working before it costs another six months. Lately that's meant helping teams figure out where AI actually fits in their work — and where it doesn't.
I've spent over a decade inside complex software companies doing exactly this — helping teams that were spinning find their footing. The work doesn't always come with clean metrics attached. But it tends to show up in decisions that actually stick, teams that stop stepping on each other, and leaders who finally feel like they can see the whole picture.
