Hi, I'm Dan. I'm a software engineer turned design strategist turned product strategist who helps teams navigate ambiguity and complex strategy through engaging workshop and custom framework design.
I've spent over 10 years navigating complex software company dynamics and helping teams better analyze, align and execute on what matters most. I've found that the biggest thing holding teams back from effective project execution is a lack of a shared understanding of the path forward. I have a built a career on clear communication, group facilitation and framework design specifically designed to help teams understand the messy environment they are operating in and use this to decide what to do next.
I believe that understanding group dynamics, visually mapping complexity and targeting achievable points of incremental value are the three keys to unlocking impact in the face of complex, ambiguous efforts.
